Disabled Help Files U3 & U4

Dear SysOp: Is there a reason why U1 and U2 help files are loadable under
Xy4DOS, but U3 and U4 files are not? Technically speaking, you can LOAD all
four; and all four register when you poll . But only U1 and U2
actually work! Routines in U3 and U4 are brain dead. This is using the CMline
command "framename ?3|4" (v4.015)
