VDosXy/VClip updates

VClip now uses Robert's ZAPEOF.EXE to eliminate the Ascii-26 character when
pasting from XyWrite into Windows.

Just unzip the files into the directory that contains vDos.exe. No changes in
XyWrite are required.

I've updated the vDosXy package accordingly:
