RE: email choice

I don't know about the "copy" aspect, but I understand that Eudora' s email files are text files - and they become files located on your HD when downloaded from the mail server. No other "copy" effort needed, I suppose. And it wouldn't surprise me if you can also dictate where on your HD those files will reside.

I'm about to set up a new laptop, and am looking for an alternative to
Netscape.

However, Netscape has a feature that I've come to depend on: it copies
every single email to a file on the hard drive.

Can anyone recommend another email handler that does this?

Thanks
