HTML and Xy4

Leslie and all:

On the subject of HTML & Xy4, there are a few XyWWWeb routines that may
be of interest:

 - HT (aka HTMLTAG) embeds tags from the CMline, much as if they were
  XyWrite embedded commands. Begin and end tags are inserted side
  by side; the end tag is DeFined, ready to move or delete

 - TT (aka TOGLTAG) toggles between raw HTML and a Xy display (i.e.,
  alternately hides tags and shows text attributes as MoDes, then
  toggles back to the original HTML)

 - HLINKS quickly generates a list of HREF links and headings
  from an HTML file. You can choose the output format, Xy or HTML
