Here's a reprise of the formatted, XYENCoded version of frame ENCODE.
You might have had trouble decoding it if you tried using the faulty
frame XYDEC (fixed in previous post) -- because the lower boundary was
incorrectly set by the faulty frame XYENC (also fixed in the previous
post).

So here goes again. Issue XYDEC once to view QDF4.PM's
formatted output. To view the original XPL, DeFine the formatted
output in its entirety and XYDEC again.
