Re: Dragon NaturallySpeaking v10 W2K Xywrite

≪1. You say it uses as much RAM as there is, then you talk about
using it with different amounts of RAM--does that mean you tried it
with different *physical* amounts of RAM? Or is there some setting?≫

I physically installed more chips.
≪2. I haven't found NatSpeak to work well with Xy, in that it doesn't recognize commands. Ideally, you'd want it to have voice- activated versions of BC ,XD ,DF etc.≫
I can get it to put "quit" on the command line, but I have yet to
figure out how to get to the command line vocally or to "execute" the
quit command vocally. Same goes for formatting commands: I still have
to navigate and format with the keyboard. Dragon appears to be most
useful for bulk text input; vocal formatting commands ("bold that"
etc.) appear to work well in Dragon's own write pad application.
Formatting (bold, italic, etc.) can be vocally commanded in the
Dragon write pad application, but the formatting gets lost when copy-
pasting into XyWr.
