Not only that, but some equipment, like some
monitors, may have automatic 110/220 volt
switching which is NOT specified because
the manufacturer wants to charge extra
for the 220 version. In fact, though, there's
no difference besides a label. However,
it could be hard to determine in advance
where this happens ....
