RE: coming back to xywrite

Tony G.:

You ask:
"OK, now, how do you save simultaneously to your hard drive and a
floppy?"

I do it by putting the following line in my keyboard file on the
Ctrl-Shift-30 (A) key:

;;A Save to A: Drive
30=BC,s,a,XC,BC,s,a, ,A,:,XC

Is there a better way?

Incidentally, does anyone have a similar way of saving to the A:
drive and other folders in Word 97? So far, it looks like I have
to learn the much more complicated (compared to XyWrite)
Microsoft Visual Basic.

I have to use XyWindows. Xy4.014 is still on my old computer; the
diskettes
are updates. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 3200 laptop.

far as I know I was using Dos and never used the Windows 3.1 that
came with
the old computer.
