Hi folks! Whatever happened to the "paperless office?" Crain's
Chicago Business has asked me to write a featutre about the failure
of technology to usurp paper as the primary office medium. I solicit
and welcome your comments, advice, suggestions for sources on this
topic. I expect also to cover the advent of imaging, fax machines and
the role of e-mail, among other things.
