It definitely is possible. Every computer I've had
has had a real DOS boot partition as part of the
landscape. It does require a C:, though -- which must
be the first Primary partition. Your 32-bit OSes like
NT, W2K, XP, or OS/2 | eCS then must go on a later,
Logical partition. Mine are on E:, J:, N:, and P:,
for example. I believe Linux also has this kind of
flexibility.
