Correct.
 However, can't you tinker with the
size of the Dosbox window . . . to the point where it is something like 2/3
to 3/4 of full-size ?
In fact you can stretch a window to 24 lines, the 25th line acting as a
title bar. With Siebert fonts, you have to work in a window, not matter
what size.
