The color table in LONG.HLP simply shows what your monitor is capable of
displaying. If it can show underline, LONG.HLP will show it. On your new VGA
monitor, you can probably "tweak" it to show underline by running a little
utility. UNDERLN.EXE, before you come into XyWrite. You can download it from
here, under Utilities, App Note utilities. Also, you can probably go back to
your old printer file and find the section which defines screen modes (MD
NM=number, MD BO=number, etc.) and transplant it into your new printer file.
But if you have a new monitor, you will probably have to change some of the
settings anyway to optimize display.

BTW, be sure to read the application note which accompanies UNDERLN.EXE, number
145, I think.
