Kevin,
I purchased and received 4.016 a few weeks ago. I see that someone here got a
set of manuals with his upgrade. Is this a new version of the manuals, and if
so, can I get them? My existing manuals (CG and CRG) say "first edition" and
are dated Jan. 1993. Have there been any revisions since then (other than to
incorporate errata already noted in the stuff I got with the old manuals)?
