Yikes, John. You canNOT open an EXEcutable file (a binary file) like CLIP.EXE
in XyWrite, period. Never. Your SETTINGS.DFL is all screwed up. You have
many duplicate and nonsensical lines, like: two identical PP specs; DF EH=0,1
(which is nonsense, it's either 0 or it's 1 -- make it zero!); DF 1A, D1, FZ,
and ZC without values; naked lines that aren't commented and do nothing; etc.
Revised DFL is attached -- use this one, and let me know. It may not be
error-free (I simply don't have time now to look carefully), but it's a helluva
lot better.

*Attach* your STARTUP.INT, XY4-3.KBD, and XYWWWEB.REG files to a single message
-- you canNOT Paste these kinds of files into the msg body! Maybe I can figure
out what's wrong with your Clip setup.

HELP CONTENTS (or HELP IDX, HELP INFO, HELP INFORMATION) will give you
a list of all frames in U2 (all programs). To get specific information about
_one_ frame (program), command e.g. HELP CLIP.
