Inserting Hyperlinks for .rtf

I need to insert hyperlinks in what is going to become an .rtf document.

I'm wondering if there is a way to do this in XY4 since MS Word literally takes 30 seconds to think
about it each time.

OK, no wonder it takes so long. The string of numbers changes for each link, so nothing as simple as
a Save/Get will work.
