64k workaround in Xy3

Robert Holmgren wrote a wonderfully unsinkable pgm "bigdefin.pm" to get
around the 64k block limit in Xy3. You're lurking out there somewhere,
aren't you Robert? Should you or I post bigdef.pm and bigdefin.doc here?
