TTG Tech Support

For all the heat TTG's tech support has taken on this list, I feel obligated
to report that they were very helpful to me in solving a problem that arose
when I installed a new printer. It took several days to work through the
problem, but the individual I was dealing with -- her name was Susan, in
case Kenny Frank is interested -- was persistent and patient through the
whole process. Bravo, and thanks!
