Matt, thanks once again for trying, unfortunately 1) putting KF (or NO, or NI)
doesn't do the trick, and neither, alas does tweaking the keyboard speed.

This is awfully strange -- whatever I did works in my full-screen (OS/2)
session, but I just can't get it to stick -- or unstick, rather -- in the
windowed session. I may just toss the TSR but this is an unnecessary problem.
