I for one really appreciate the clarification, Bill. I appreciate good
typography as well as good writing, and I hope neither is sacrificed as we
migrate through this new digital technology.

 should refer only to certain specific letter combinations (for instance To)
 where the space between the letters is reduced (or in certain rare
