Thanks, Robert. Does it let you do Direct CD? That is, have access to the
CD as if it were a floppy or another hard drive, so that you can, e.g.,
XCOPY to it from a DOS prompt within Windows? Or just drag and drop from
the Windows desktop? Without running a CD Create app. And leaving the CD
open until you've finished, even for several sessions (without the usual
session hassles)? That's what Roxio's Direct CD purports to do, but like
so much Windows rubbish, it doesn't work with any predictability. Grr. (I
have half my new drive unpartitioned and will try Linux and dual boot, IF
I can ever get Windoesn't fully set up.)
