Hi Carl,

The new vDos 2016.10.01 by Jos now enhanced the CMD command to support the syntax "CMD
[WAIT][HIDE] ...", so I will probably add this back to vDosPlus 2015.11.01 too (instead of
CMDW/CMDH/CMDWH) when I have time. Hope this will be useful.
