vDosPlus commands CMD and CMDW

The new CMD and CMDW are useful, but they bring back a problem that
start.exe solves, namely, the flashing (or persistent) command window
when you do CMD /C [start] program.exe or CMDW /C [start] program.exe.
Since start.exe avoids the flashing window with the "/hid" (or "_")
option, I wonder if it's possible to add two variants of CMD that do
the same, namely CMDH and CMDWH.
