I can sympathize -- I still can't remember how to spell "COPY". I have to look
it up in the dictionary every damn time. What a pain.

But there *is* a workaround. You can use UnZIP instead. When you command:
 unzip XYWEB116.ZIP *.*
and it responds "replace XYWWWEB.U2? [y]es, [n]o"
well! luckily UnZIP _shows_ me how to spell "yes", and even what
key to push -- Y -- so that's somewhat easier.

The downloading is the hardest part -- I have to _find_ my mouse in this
cluttered workspace. Where the hell is it? The trick is to follow the wire
with your fingers from the back of the computer. Eventually you reach the
mouse, unless the wire's broken. Then -- this is important -- make sure the
wire is on the bottom of the mouse. Otherwise, when you push up, the cursor
goes down, and vice versa. Now, I know you don't mind this sort of behavior,
Harry, but I find it confusing, and painful (tilting your head upside down, etc
-- you know the drill). Then there's the pointing at the link, and the button
pushing -- the whole exercise is completely enervating. So take your time.
