ClipW now works

Robert has "gone back into his hole," as he put it, but I thought those
thinking of using VPC-Win98 on the Mac would want to know that CLIPW using
CLIP.EXE now works to copy and paste from Xy to Windows apps.
Success came from using DO with COMMAND.EXE, once I followed *exactly*
Robert's three steps in his post of 9/5/04 (including using COMMAND.EXE
instead of KMD.EXE as Robert suggested in a later post).
