Re: DOS Dead? Xywrite better (fwd from Seattle Times)



Inspired by Daniel Say's forwarded review of ancient
history, let me remind you that when Windows 95 came out,
the pundits (with one exception) announced not only that DOS
was dead but that 16-bit processing was dead. It took a few
months for the sages to admit that it was not only not dead
but quick, at least by comparison with Win95 applications.
