4.016 = 4.017

Well I finally ordered the upgrade to 4.017. I've stayed with
4.016 for more than a year simply because I had ordered it just
before 4.017 came out, and I didn't feel like doing an order
all over again. TTG shipped the disks out to Australia with
great speed, and I installed the upgrade this morning. Imagine
my surprise when the disk set labelled 4.017 upgraded my
XyWrite to 4.016. As I looked in disbelief, I vaguely
remembered someone on the list having the same problem, and
that was some time ago. Anyway, I've now faxed TTG asking for
the correct disks. They don't exactly inspire confidence
through their practice of business.

Cheers,
John Gordon
