True, LaBels are generally benign in documents. In XPL, however,
comments embedded in LaBels tax memory and slow programs down. They
should be avoided, or recast as
;*; comments ...
;*; like this...
;*; blah blah blah
The ";*;" comment symbol can be used liberally and adds no
measurable overhead. Beautifully designed. (Xy4 and later only.)
