XyWrite's automatic backup command

I have forgotten how to work with the XyWrite command that saves your 
file to two locations when you invoke save. But I know I have it 
working, and there appears to be a conflict with one of the backup 
files where access is denied.
Can someone remind me how to set the  command, and isn't there a 
VA-something to find out what it currently is?
