For sure, SETTINGS.DFL is more easily editable by most users than is my modified STARTUP.INT. It's perhaps also worth noting that any path-specific Xy4 installation can instantly be made portable by RUNning my PORTABLE.PM, which is included in the portable setup. -- Carl Distefano cld@xxxxxxxxxx
