Re: Two systems for running Xy4 under macOS

Jon,

About xattr under Monterey, enter the command:

which xattr

If the result is anything OTHER than

/usr/bin/xattr

then you somehow have a different version of the command on your system, possibly through something
installed by homebrew if you use homebrew, otherwise baffling. Anyway, to get the result you want in
Monterey, use the command

/usr/bin/xattr -rc

followed by a space, and drag the program into it. Ignore any error messages that say No
such file.

If that doesnt work, then something is seriously wrong with your Monterey system.

As for copying the clipboard, Im afraid I either dont know or dont remember.
Question to the list: what commands are used to copy to the Windows clipboard with DOSBox or
vDosPlus under Windows? I think Carls ACOPY and APASTE are supposed to work in Windows, but
they dont in the Mac. If anyone has any insights, please let us know.
