Lisa,I am not qualified to give Mac advice. However, you could try this command line change: sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.networkd tcp_connect_enable_tls13 0
which disables TLS 1.3, to get it back on, issue:sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.networkd tcp_connect_enable_tls13 1
