Query about font size in emails

Dear all
Sorry to bother you with this but could anybody who has the time tell me
whether my emails (such as this) arrive in a tiny font or whether they
appear normal. One of my recipients has complained that when he gets
them they appear tiny in his email client (he uses hotmail online, I
think). I send in plain text and I imagined that the way they look
depends on the recipient but perhaps something is creeping in my end.
