Remap Ctrl-Esc?

I think I've wanted to do this for years but before I give
up altogether let me pose it here: I am quite happy using my
primary Xywrite session fullscreen, but it's aggravating to
have to use ctrl-esc to go out to the OS -- with the left
hand, it is very uncomfortable (after the fourth time in a
day my wrist actually gets sore), and with two hands it
takes too long if you're in a hurry. Anyway, while I'm
resigned to not being able to use a keyboard macro in a
fullscreen session without a tsr, it would be nice to be
able to simply jump into OS/2 or whatever opsys with some
other keystroke. Obviously <##>=kf isn't by itself
sufficient; but I wondered whethere there's a command by
which <##> can be forced to invoke Ctrl-Esc?
