The "things" are the actual functions, as opposed to their 2-letter
mnemonics. In Xy 4 you can do this easily enough if you run U2, which
has a routine, cmfunc, that puts the specified function on the command
line. So you'd do CMFUNC TI , then edit your command line to
embed that in a search. There's also a fnse (find function) routine.
Suggest you go to http://vetusware.com/download/XyWrite%204.0/?id=3385,
or to http://www.xywrite.com/ttg/y2k/xydos4.zip, download Xy 4, then get
U2 from http://users.datarealm.com/xywwweb/, read the docs, and install it. You
can run both Xy 3 and 4 on the same machine (keep them in different
directories/folders, of course), but 4 is much more powerful, esp. for
XPL programming. And it has U2!
