Harry,
I get the PRompt: "Missing: c:\dropbox\vdos-lfn" even though I'm
logged into that very directory.
The PRompt was misleading -- my bad. It should have said "Missing:
c:\dropbox\vdos-lfn\VDL.BAT". I've fixed this in the encoded frame
VDL,VDL/ below and in the downloads:
http://users.datarealm.com/ammaze/xy/VDL.ZIP
http://users.datarealm.com/xywwweb/XYWEB123.ZIP
http://users.datarealm.com/xywwweb/U2VER123.ZIP
So, please install the corrected frame VDL,VDL/ and download VDL.ZIP
and unzip VDL.BAT into your vDos-lfn directory. Note that the aliases
in VDL.BAT are examples from my setup. You will need to roll your own
to take full advantage of VDL.BAT (instructions are in VDL.BAT). But
even without aliases, you can still do things like:
VDL /cfg config.new /set title=Xy-New; frame=on
Here's frame VDL,VDL/:
