Carl,

This is a nice feature, but full-screen only works on the first Windows
monitor, which means that if you place your vDos window on the second
with AutoSizer (as I do), alt-enter puts the full-screen view back onto
the first one, and vice-versa. This is inherent in the way vDos works.
It can be useful, and by changing Windows monitor numbering you could
conceivably achieve the result you want, but you would have to change
your start-up monitor.
