I had a major hard drive crash yesterday and had to reconfigure XYWrite 3
from a hard drive that had been backed up to a year ago.
In trying to work with and save old files I'm getting an 'access denied''
message.
In the past, I think I've gotten that message when I reached XyWrite's
limit on the number of files. However, I can create and store new files. .
I find no reference to ''access denied'' in the 30-year-old-plus XyWrite
manual that I'm using.
I'm also having to go back to XyWrites root directory to spell check
instead of from the directories where I store my text files. (2 directories down
from the root)
Anyone have any suggestions how to fix?
