People on the XyWrite and Nota Bene mail lists have put me on to another
browser on which they are very high. It is called Opera, and you can
download a copy to try for a month or so from www.opera.com.
They like it because it is very flexible and ties up a lot less RAM than
either Netscape of Internet Explorer. I have not yet had enough experience
with it to recommend it over the others; I can say only that so far, I like
it a lot. Quick and clean.

You would have preferred that Netscape throttle Microsoft by illegal
means? Adopt the same cutthroat, anti-competitive "free market"
tactics that MS used to ram its "innovations" down our throats and
claim victory on that account? Doesn't everyone else still lose?
