Nota Bene/XyWrite Conversion

I am working for the above professor of English at the University of Iowa,
and am working on camera-ready copy for a publication of hers. A few years
ago, she created a number of files in Nota Bene using the old column
commands (SSCX1...) These files will open up fine in XyWrite and translate
to the new font she is using. The problem is in getting them to conform to
the page dimesions set down by the publishers, which is going to be 4.5 x
7.5. If one of these column files is inserted into the formatted text, it
cuts off the right side of the page, which is most of the last column. Is
there a way to convert these older files so that they can conform with the
above page dimensions? Would they (gulp!) have to be re-entered in new
XyWrite columns?
Thank you for your help....the telephone number in Prof. Boos's office is
(319) 335-0430...my name is Brian Schellberg and I am here afternoons after
12 noon central time.
