For the number of persons that bemoan the fact that NB has different function
and CTRL characters (e.g. CTRL-F and F5), use the XY Keyboard in NB by
loading it as part of the NBSTART.INT:
≪BX≫load \xy\xy.kbd≪Q2≫
I've been using it for a significant amount of time and it works!
