Sherry, the OS (One-Sided) default controls how pages with unequal
left and right margins appear in P-L view. If OS=1, all pages will
appear on the screen (and print) with the margin settings of a right
hand page. You are experiencing OS=0, where the left and right margin
settings "flip" between right and left pages; XY assumes that you will
duplex the pages and want this to occur.

 Put (or change) the OS value in your settings.dfl file, or insert an
OS command in your document as required.

 OS was not available in Signature, but was added in XY4.
