Is UNICOWS.DLL installed? It's in U2UTILS.EXE. Command:
 Help Unicode
for more. This version of Clip.exe autoconverts between CodePages 437 and 1252
(and back), and therefore the OpSys needs to have Unicode support installed (it
is not automatically present in Win9x). High order characters in the clipped
text would trigger an error, in the absence of UNICOWS.DLL.
