Helpkey assignment

Hah! Last Friday, as an experiment, I assigned Helpkey to
Right-Alt. Today I had my first mishap -- accidentally started
downloading a file a second time (while the same file was in the
process of downloading).

There are many innocuous functions that could be assigned to a
stand-alone shifting key. Helpkey is definitely not one of them.

Move that Helpkey, Judith!
