Correction. Gosh, this stuff is confusing.
It's not the ASCII 850 code page, as I had it in my last. It's the
Windows 3.1 / Latin 1 code page.
Not easy to keep them straight. In my OS/2 CONFIG.SYS, CODEPAGE=850,437.
But both XyWin and Netscape Navigator run under WINOS2, and I guess
WINOS2, which uses the Windows 3.1 code page, rules.
