Quite so. In all versions of Windows, any program running under COMMAND.COM.
But that's not a comprehensive list of keystrokes, and in any case doesn't
affect the program where this really counts, namely NBWin. It's one thing to
prevent DOS from interpreting the keystroke, quite another to prevent the very
Windows program you're using from interpreting them. NI doesn't help in NBWin;
if you assign something to Alt-H, you get *both* the action you assign *and* a
Help screen.
