I have had a similar experience, although my correspondence with tech support
was via mail. I am not sure if this is the prefered method, but either way it
seems you do not get replies anymore. It is a great shame that such a good
program is let down by poor tech support and a few bugs.

I also note that recently there have been very few posting about XyWrite for
Windows on this forum.
