No! That portion would paste into XYWWWEB.INF -- the companion INFormation file,
which contains (what might traditionally be called) Help screens, i.e.
explanatory screens (whereas we call the programs themselves Help frames, and the
whole system "Help" -- the very noumenon of clarity!). You can paste it if you
want into INF, but it will be in the next version of U2 anyway -- you don't
require INF to run U2 frames.

We used to keep both the explanatory screens and the programs in U2, but we
divorced them last winter because U2 was getting unwieldy. Wish we'd done it
long ago. We're introducing Xyperlinks into INF and some other nifty stuff,
which would have been cumbersome to implement previously. There are some
undocumented facilities in there that Carl and I use all the time. For example,
if you put your cursor on a particular screen in INF, and command "Help"
without any argument, you bounce to the corresponding program frame in U2 in
another window. Handy when you're programming.
