For the Britannica, here it is again:

Encyclopedia Britannica Direct, Inc. (Tel 1-800-372-8264). Apparently
they sometimes ask for a "code number" for the special $99 offer but if
you insist that you've seen the price advertised (some people successfully
ordered it just by saying that they heard about it on a mailing list),
they seem to comply.
