Here's a Xy4 bug that should be attended to: In a directory other than the
root directory (e.g., C:\WK), I give the command DIR \*.* (a legal DOS
filespec). As expected, I get a listing of files in the root directory. Then,
with C:\WK still the current directory, I issue DIR with no filespec. I get a
listing of *files* in C:\WK, but the directory path displays incorrectly as the
*root* directory. If I try to CAll one of these files by pointing to it, I get
"File not found C:\[FILENAME]" -- confirming that the directory path is wrong.
The problem may be more serious than it sounds. After encountering it, I
shelled out to DOS, and the computer froze. A hardware reset was needed to get
back up and running. I reproduced this bug on two different computers.
