I said that it was dumb to add line feeds to correct a quirk of teletype
machines and antediluvian computers. Umm, actually, I thought it was a
darn good guess! More plausible, to my thinking, than inserting extra
empty lines in already-huge IBM text mode. But, blessed be the diversity
of taste. Anyway, how nice to hear that voice of moral rectitude again.
